Courier Brokers provide several ways for shippers to directly communicate with delivery service providers. Whenever you have a question for delivery service providers, you can directly contact them without contacting us and get quick replies. You can contact them directly via instant message, phone, or text. For fast real-time communication, we have instant messaging available. You can send, receive messages via smartphones, tablets, and pc.

Find delivery service providers’ information

Once you create an account you will see the full contact information of delivery service providers. Review the profile, and before you hire, find out the price, type of service, insurance availability, shipping restrictions if any.

a. Find delivery service providers’ information from bids

1. Login to your dashboard.

2. Click My deliveries from the menu, then click Bids received from the pulldown menu

3. Click Bidder/Score’s name in the list of bids

1. Login to your dashboard.

2. Click Find Companies from the menu, then click Find Courier Services, and Trucking Companies Online from the pulldown menu

3. Click a State

4. Form the list of delivery service providers, click View Info button of a company

You can send an instant message once you receive a bid

1. Login to your dashboard.

2. Click My deliveries from the menu, then click Bids received from the pulldown menu

3. Click the Status button on a delivery job

4. Click Contact Driver button

You can communicate with the driver via emails on your dashboard.

1. Login to your dashboard

2. Click Messages

3. Click your message to open and read

4. Click Compose Message to create a message

5.Click reply button to reply to a message
